The following list of vegetables are things I either can or cannot eat. Just because I react to them does not mean that you will. Also, please read everything store bought. If it says spices or natural flavorings avoid it at all costs.

- Tomatoes: Rash
- Potatoes: Severe stomach cramps.
- ALL peppers: Throat swells shut.
- Bell pepper: These are part of all peppers, too! Severe stomach cramps.
- Eggplant: Haven't eaten since diagnosis.
- Tomatillos: Haven't eaten since diagnosis.
Vegetables with Solanine (Some bother me, and some don't)
- Blueberries: Don't bother me.
- Apples: Don't bother me.
- Cherries: Don't bother me at all.
- Sugar beets: I use these for a tomato substitute, but don't eat all the time.
- Huckleberries: Give me severe headaches. Found this out after Buffalo Wild Wing Lemonade.
- Okra: Haven't eaten since diagnosis.
- Artichoke: Haven't eaten since diagnosis.
Spices I have to avoid:
- Paprika
- Chinese Five Spice
- Star Anise
- Allspice
- Season salt
- Coca-Cola
- Dr. Pepper
